Why does he 'need' to be fair????????? How pathetic.....he is a unique human being...He should not try to change what he looks like!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe haircut, etc., but not his skin tone!!!!!!!!! He should be grateful for all that he has..........he should learn how to dress, using the colors that best flatter his skintone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT try to lighten his skin!!!!!! Leave it alone!!!!!!!!!!!! If you can give me a good idea of his skintone, I can better advise him as to the colors of clothing he should wear which will help him to look his best at all times..............Please leave skincolor alone!!!!!!!!!
