I Am Having Tenant Problems, What Can I Do To Get Her Out?
She is always trying to get out of paying rent. I only wanted the house payment amount for rent. She had a leak that was never reported to me (landlord) and she notified me a week later that she was taking amt for leak off rent. I will help anyone but since she starting renting off of me she was been a problem. The receipt she provided me was a handwritten one with no business name of plumbers licence #. What can I do??? Please help

If the tenant is violating the law then you can evict the tenant by giving him/her the notice. If the tenant fails to correct the violation within the statutory time period then you can proceed to file the eviction lawsuit.
You must know the eviction law of your state. For your convenience I am sharing with you a website to know the eviction law of New Jersey. Visit this link please.
