YES The process took several years is the only thing. Everyone, I am told gets denied the first
time. But when the appeals Judge and I spoke and he had all the documented doctors notes
for several years it happened. I do think the clincher was the neurologist though. It is wise to also
have a rheumatologist in your corner. I also had been to physical therapy. It came down to the unpredictability of the crash days, like due to weather. Since we make completely unreliable
employees and would have to call in so many sick days they determined there was no job
of any type I could do. But now I am training to learn internet marketing and will incorporate doing
the S type which will allow me to retain the whole thing and only take out the allowable 11,000
in income and rest of profits stay in co. This means I can keep the medical coverage too.
