Answer Question

Consider this: On the illegal market methadone is popular to take for a high. Suboxone does not come up as a fun-time sub-culture substance.

I'm on methadone right now at a clinic but was wondering if taking suboxone would work better for me..seems like methadone only lasts a few hours then I'm sick again..

I would have to say from personal experience, Suboxone is the way to go. I was on 180mgs of methadone for two years through the clinic, and getting off of it was the worst thing I have ever experienced. I eventually did get off of it (by using heroin) which was dumb, but I got clean. Then I relapsed and started taking Suboxone to get off the dope. I took it for a short period of time, and tapered down. I felt fine when I stopped taking them. I was amazed. Everyone is different, so I would always advise talking to your doctor first, but from personal experiencer, I would recommend you go the Suboxone route.
