I don't know if this answer will help. But what i do Know is, Eat as fresh as you can. Your veges and fruit. And avoid Oily foods and adding salt.
It maybe hard at first if your not used it this diet but you will feel the difference.
You can even drink juice drinks. Like Carrot celery apple. Yummy. I like it. And you will feel the difference for sure.
But most importantly. See your doctor if you have not yet.
