How To Bake The Best Brownies?

Okay, for this recipe, you'll need:

-1 cup hot chocolate mix
-1 cup all purpose flour
-3/4 cup sugar
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-2 eggs, beaten to blend
-6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter 8 inch square baking pan. Combine first four ingredients in medium bowl and stir until well blended. Mix in eggs, butter, and vanilla. Mix in chocolate chips, spread batter in pan. Bake for about 30 minutes. Cool brownies in pan before serving.

I actually got this recipe from a third grade cook book, and it was submitted from one of my former classmates. Although it seems to have few wet ingredients, my family loved it.
