I have had sun poisoning so many times and have taken so many things. I have tried over the counter medications and every remedy that my friends have told me but nothing ever really helped. I went to the doctors the last time i started to get the bumps on my lips and nose and he prescribed Valtrex. I know it's a herpes medication and even I was a little ifey but I took it anyways and in 3 days my sun poisoning has cleared up.
