How Do You Test Electric Spa Motor?

My spa motor (circulation and heating) may be using more electricity than it is rated for. Utility co say it is; spa repairman says it isn't. It's a 60 amp motor. How could I test to find out if it is operating within its specs; or if it is overworking/using more electrictiy than rated for?

You can find it very easily by using an Ampere meter. Just attached the Ampere Meter with it and you can look how much electricity it is using.
