Money does give you privilege, and most people who have it, abuse the privilege, so I think that they should be given a slightly stiffer sentence for abusing it when it's so blatantly done.

Anyone who is drinking and driving must face the consequences.  She should have her limo driver around when she wants to party!

Yes, she needs to do sometime for violating her probation twice! I do think it is a bit cruel for them to drag her back to jail after releasing her to electronic monitoring. (and I am not a Paris Hilton fan)

Look, in my (humble) opinion, Paris should have gotten a
l  o  n  g  e  r jail sentence, as we would have surely. She has got no right to go to jail for only a short time, if she was only a normal person, or they didn't know who she was (and she used a fake ID), then they would have given her the same time as us. So, yes, she should have gone to jail - she could have killed many people drinking and driving like that. I am extremely appalled when a good star like her with money and lots of nice stuff goes bad. It sickens me.

Well to tell you the truth the news will be pretty boring with out her. I think they are making a example out of her just to show the rest of young Hollywood that just because you are famous does not mean that you are above the law. The one who should go to jail is Lindsey Logan she is a disgrace to all young girls anyways she's not even supposed to be drinking. Well good luck to you!!!

I do not think that the Hilton should go to the jail because many of the actresses in the past doing this kind of nasty stuff for their fame and the other thing is there is no law who is can stop her to doing so. So she should not go to jail.  She has just released a sex tape movie and in my opinion there is nothing wrong she has done that she should go to jail. So I am disagreeing with your opinion that she should go to the jail. Many actor and actress have been doing the same thing since past few years and there is no one who went jail for doing so. So why should she go.

She has not violated law and there is no law governing the situation so she should not go to jail.  Everyday people make movies and thing which are more severe than this sex tape. There are companies which are doing business by releasing the sex tapes of local peoples as well as the movies stars and there is no obligation to them for contaminating the minds of youngsters and it has become a trend in the developed countries.
