Can I Copy Folder And Files To A DVD?

I am trying to copy a large file to CD / DVD media. The formatted space available on a formatted CD is about 630 MB. My file is 690 MB. Is there a way I can copy this file onto DVD media?

I use Mirror Folder.

I always have two physical drives on my machine - not one hard drive that is partitioned into two. (For those who may not know... If you get a mechanical breakdown on your single partitioned hard drive - you lose "both" drives!)

Very easy to use - you can pick whole folders or single files and the mirroring is done live to my second drive. So it's always completely up to date and, you can set indivual folders NOT to follow deletions on your main drive - just in case you delete something by accident.

Then, to be safe, I just do a straightforward copy of the entire contents of my second drive onto a DVD every now and then.
