What Is My Horoscope?

The word "horoscope" comes from the Latin word "horoscopes" and is derived from the Greek word "horoskopos"; from two distinct words "hora" and "skopos" meaning hour and observer respectively. Horoscope refers to the position or influence of planets and stars at any given point of time. Horoscopes are provided daily by newspapers and magazines, as a guide or indication, of what a person can expect to happen through out the day. A person's horoscope will depend on their star sign. There are twelve star signs of the Zodiac, and depending on the date on which you were born, a corresponding sign will apply. The signs are Aries for those born between March 21 and April 20, Taurus from April 21 to May 20, Gemini from May 21 to June 21, Cancer from June 22 to July 22, Leo from July 23 to August 22, Virgo from August 23 to September 22, Libra from September 23 to October 23, Scorpio from October 24 to November 21, Sagittarius from November 22 to December 21, Capricorn from the December 22 to January 19, Aquarius from January 20 to February 18 and finally Pisces from February 19 to March 20.
