    Ab=ac-2,
    bc=ac+1,

    now,
    ab+bc+ac=62

    or
    ac-2+ac+1=ac=62 (putting values)

    3ac-1=62
    3ac=63
    ac=21cm

    so

    ab=21-2=19cm

    and
    bc=21+1=22cm

    You can check by 21+22+19=62cm
