I Was Evicted From A Condo That I Was Renting From An Owner That Went Into Foreclosure With No Prior Notice, I Returned Home One Day And Found My Locks Changed No Notice Given, Is This Legal?
I was renting a condo for a year from a couple. Three weeks ago I was evicted by some guy from a realty company. I was not given any prior notice, I returned ome to find my locks changed a nd a note posted on the door hand written describing what took place. Is this leagl?

This is going to be short and sweet, NO it is not legal. Contact your states landlord/renters rules & regulations that both you have to abide by.

No it's not legal . Call the police and the realtor who did this the police should have the info and tell the realtor what he can do. Sounds like now they may get sued by you as well. Sorry but good luck
