I Would Like To Permanently Bond 12mm Perspex To A 40mm Base At Right Angles, Without Screws. What Glue Do I Use?

Answers
It depends on how much weight you are going to put on either pieces relative to the other, and at what distance to the bond. Most of the glues does not tell any numerical value for their bonding strength (Suction or inverse pressure, Newtons per square meter)
I prefer Super glue. UHU is also good.
