Something I have wanted to do for a long time,my g/f does it but she will not let me in,for the fact she does not want me too do something like this.

Hi Lexy. In order to start up your adult content website you first need to find a web hosting company which specialises in this area as most standard web hosts strictly forbid adult content. Once you find one (just google "adult web hosting") then depending which country you are in you will need to abide to the US federal law 18 U.S.C. 2257, which states you must provide legal documentation of the ages of all models on the site (and they must be 18+).
There are other localised laws in the US which you need to look into as well.
As for the UK the following laws will apply plus IWF standards.
Protection of Children Act 1978 (England and Wales)
Obscene Publications Act 1959 & 1964
Public Order Act 1986
