Does A Felony From Another State Show Up On A Background Check In Colorado?

Answer Question

Yes it will depending on the type of background check your future employer is looking at.  The employer cannot do a background check without your permission.  However, if you refuse that will put up a red flag for the employer and you may not get the job.

Yes, background check require that your finger prints are taken and if you have been arrested your finger prints are sent to the FBI.   The FBI is a large part of your background check in all states.  Take care.
