The most important things to include are these:
An introduction - tell people about yourself. Tell people when you first started to draw, what your qualifications are, what type of media you work in and the type of portraits you do i.e. animal portraits, portraits of people, celebrities etc.
Samples of your work - people want to see the kind of work that you produce. They like to get a feel of how you draw your portraits before they commission you. Add a gallery to your site displaying all your past commissions. If you haven't had any commissions yet, then include protraits that you have drawn in your spare time - anything that gives potential customers a feel for your work.
Prices - add a price list to your site. Inform people of how much you charge for each size of portrait. Alternatively, you can ask people to email you for prices. Provide information on your preferred method of payment. It may also be a good idea to request a deposit on all commissioned portraits to ensure that you still receive some money if a customer backs out.
FAQ - if you receive dozens of emails all asking the same things about your portraits, then add an FAQ. It saves time and doesn't clog up your inbox. Add as much information as you can to the FAQ so that questions are answered thoroughly.
Contact information - add as many contact details as you can. Add a home phone number, a mobile phone number or an email address.
