    To measure the distance correctly you have to stay on the same longitude as Beaumont, or 94 deg. 07 minutes, whilst trying to reach a latitude of 66.5 degrees north.

    The distance from Beaumont to the Arctic circle is (about) 4062 km or 2524 miles.
