If you have an appropriate plug socket adapter, then yes. You will not be able to play NTSC games on your PAL console however.

I would be VERY cautious, even if you have a power adapter. I have a U.S. Wii that I tried to plug in here in Beijing (with a plug converter) and as soon as I plugged it in the Wii power supply started hissing and smoking. I think the difference in voltage just totally nuked it, even with the adapter. Now I need to find a Wii plug for Chinese voltage.
