With the advent of electronic media, a person can just log on to the Internet, visit a website and search for the news story that you want to read.

In the pre-Internet days, there were some passionate readers of newspapers and magazines. These people were known for being extremely meticulous and cut out and file an interesting article they came across.

However, the times have changed, and much technological advancement has taken place worldwide. People surf the Internet nowadays for news instead of reading the newspapers. Most of the leading newspapers and magazines in the world have online editions.
