Hi,
If you have entered your PIN code incorrectly 3 times, your SIM card will be blocked and you will be unable to make and receive calls or texts.
You need to call your service provider or go to their nearest office and ask
for PUK (Personal unblocking key) code. When your phone prompts you to enter PUK code, enter this code and the SIM will be unblocked.
