If I Am Seventeen Yrs Old And I Am 5'6 And Weigh About 185 Pounds. What Can I Do To Lose Weight?

If I am seventeen yrs old and i am 5'6 and weigh about 185 pounds. What can i do to lose weight.I've tried running but i think that doesn't work that well. I run and I still weigh the same or look the same.Please make any suggestions . I am open to everything. I feel I have allitle fat on my back. I have fat on my butt and chest. Please give me advice. You can even give me diet plans or whatever.

    You should weigh around 140 pounds. The best way to control your weight is to calculate then calorie intake and what you consume during a day. Please check out this answer for more details.

      Run on the treadmill and burn lots of calories!!hope this helps!!
