The best way to Sleep when you NOT TIRED, is to;
Relax Yourself. Feel the stress going DOWN from your Head/Brain. Try NOT TO think of anything
& keep your mind Blank. If you do this, you will fall sleep in about 4-5 minutes.

The best way to go to sleep is to relax and switch off the light close ur eyes take 3-6 long breath in s and breath out. Put one glass of water on the upper back side or beside bed without cover and add some flower petals or u can spray perfume, or even u can add talcum powder to your body aroma and water helps in getting sleep any time. If you can keep a wind chime that will be great

Try and get yourself relaxed, you could try just lying down and thinking about a happy quiet place, it doesnt necessarily have to be somewhere you've been, just try and imagine a nice quiet place...
Try and imagine there is a stream there too because i find that when i hear the sound of water, it makes me feel relaxed...
