My Dog Drank Blue Toilet Water, What Do I Do?

My 80lb boxer drank two licks of blue toilet water. There is no packaging and I don't know what it was. The vet told me to call poison control and have been on hold a half hour. He seems ok, no drooling, no heavy breathing, etc. Should I hold food and water, give him something? Any guidance would be great!
