Okay, so you are playing the Pokemon Diamond/Pearl game...If you have an Evee, go to the route before you enter Snowpoint City. (It's that one route where there's a house in the middle of it, where a hiker-dude is in and he complains that he lost a HM.) Around there, will be a snow-rock. Just like the rock that's covered in moss in the Eterna forest. You'll see this at the beginning of the game. You'll have to wait awhile around the snow-rock to evolve your Evee in to the awesome Glaceon. Hope you had fun playing the game!!! :D
