How Well Would This Laptop Run Games Like Crysis And BioShock--Gateway P-6831 FX?
I've been looking around online and can't find an answer. Also I would like to know what settings Crysis would run fluently on with this laptop(Low,Medium,High)...

You will find the minimum and recommended system requirements for Crysis here. It seems you've pretty well got it covered, but of course, you won't be able to max all settings out on it, but what you call 'fluently' is part of the question. However, you will simply need to test various settings with the framerate displayed, then decide which level is acceptable slowdown. It will also vary, depending on how many objects there are on screen at once, and how much movement has to be calculated by the system.
As for Bioshock, the system requirements for that are here, and again, you seem to have it covered.

That processor will have trouble handling the games. I run a 2.0ghz core2duo and my computer has trouble with bioshock. I doubt your laptop will be able to handle crysis, but bioshock may run with lag. You probably won't manage a very good framerate and in certain scenes in the game the requirements for smooth gameplay go up quite a bit so you will have trouble with it.
