Code Search worked for the most part but a large amount of my buttons don't seem to do what they are ment for. My input only takes me back to last channel i was on like the go back button does.

Depending on what kind of remote that you have, you may need to call the company and ask for their customer service. Explain what happened and they should give you the correct code to use for your tv or give you an alternate code to use. Sometimes there are more than one code that can be used for a certain type of television. Also the model number makes a difference too, a newer model may not work correctly with a code for an older model.
