My Brother's Son Has Taken His 10th Exam ,now He Is Waiting For Results. After Getting His Results, Where Should He Start His Career?

What is your brother's son interested in at the moment?
Is he interested in the Arts, or in the Sciences, or is he interested in Commerce and business?
First, find out what he likes, and what he would like to study; there is no point in forcing him to do something that he does not really want, is there?
However, if he is undecided, you can make his decision for him.
If he takes up Science, then he can go in for either Engineering or Medicine. If he takes up Commerce, then he can try out MBA, or CA or any of the other finance related subjects. He will then work in any multi-national.
If he takes up Arts, then he can be a journalist, or a Lecturer, or a translator, or anything else.
He could try Computer Science if he likes, and if he is creative, he can try learning Animation, which is in great demand today.
