How Can I Make Kitchen Sink Pizza?

1 Recipe Basic Pizza Dough - Defrosted

1 Cup Prepared Tomato Sauce

1 Cup Sautéed Sliced Mushrooms

1 Small Jar Artichokes In Oil, Drained And Sliced

1 Large Red Pepper, Roasted, Peeled And Sliced

1/2 Cup Finely Diced Onions

1/4 Cup Chopped Black Olives

2 Tablespoons Chopped Capers

11/2 Cup Thinly Sliced or Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 Cup Thinly Sliced Pepperoni Sausage

Preheating the  oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare the pizza dough, and after the first rising fit it into a pan prepared by lightly oiling or sprinkling with cornmeal, use an 11x13 inch baking sheet or whatever you desire. The dough should be at a thickness of about 1 inch. Spread over it the sauce, and then add the other ingredients saving the cheese for last. Once one is actually comfortable making the dough, then can experiment with toppings of ones choice.
