I Paid 2007 Taxes And Have Not Received A Rebate. Why Have I Not Received A Stimulus Tax Rebate?
I learned that I am not eligible because I earned less than $3,000. I actually earned $6,000.

Are you sure you're not eligible because you NEVER earned less than $3000?
you need to be overtaxed before you're eligible for a rebate.
it's common sense really, which is why this might not be the case in the states.
and erm, what about minimum wage?

The stimulus payment is not based on earned income, but on at least $3,000 of qualifying income. You don't even have to have paid any tax. My entire income is a pension, and I received a check. I also don't see how you paid federal tax on only $3,000. The standard deduction would make your taxable income $0. If you earned $6,000, you should have reported the entire amount. If you think you should have received a stimulus check, you can call 1-800-829-1040.
