The jews were deported to so called detentioncamps where they suffered from malnutrition for several weeks to a few months, from there they were taken by train to concentrationcamps where a lot upon arrival were gassed with Zyklon B while they were told they would be delised and take a shower before getting into the camp and after the cries and moaning stopped in the showerunit the germans opened the doors in the rear of these units so the new arrivals wouldn't see their faith as trains came in like clockwork from al over europe the jews that were kept bairly alive were made to drag out the corpses and transport them on carts to the crematoriums which were working around the clock at the end of the war to keep up with the front of the camp

The holocaust was the biggest tragedy of our times. The jews were killed in a number of ways. They were shot to death. Thousands of them were kept in torture camps where they were inflicted with third degree tortures and were killed. Many families were burned in their homes. Some were even buried alive.
