What Is Involved In An Agency Agreement?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

There are 3 basis types of an agency agreement.
The first is an exclusive agreement. This is where only one agent represents the business. Thus meaning that the business can't enter into another contract with any other agent.
The second is a sole agency basis agreement. This is where the business can contact other customers by itself but is disallowed to use any other agents.
The third type of agreement is non-exclusive. This is where the business is allowed to contact other customers and appoint other agents that it wishes to use.
