Most likely NO! Qualified with depending on the age of your washer. It would have to be very old for it to work as it is a required safety feature on washers for decades. This is because to many people have seriously injured themselves or even died as a result of operating the machine without this feature. If you are really that cheap to not purchase the switch and bypass the feature then you are on your own.
