What Is The English To Latin Translation For "And Others"?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

The Latin form would be "et alii", for all males or mixed groups, "et aliae" for an all female group, but that would be true only for a salutation.  In Latin, words change their endings to show syntactical relations, so the form would be different if the "and others" were a subject, direct object, indirect object, possession, object of a preposition, etc.  Could you be more specific in how you wish to use the phrase?
