Petrol is made from crude oil. Crude oil is made up off fossil fuel which is made up of prehistoric tree's , plants, and maybe animals but mainly the green life, this then is compressed on top of each other, after billions of years the amount is epic. And this then becomes what we called today as crude oil, then it is refined into petrol in different types of grades.
