Who Invented The First Camera?

First permanent photograph was taken in the year of 1827 by Joseph Nicephone using wooden box camera. Charles and Vincent made this camera in Paris.

The first camera that was small and portable enough to be practical for photography was built by John Strognofe in 1685.
