Use Bleach water, it is the only thing that will kill the virus. Have any dogs that will be coming to the environment immunized against parvo virus. Naturally the virus will be gone from outdoor areas in about 6-8 months without human intervention, but in that time make sure that no dogs contact the area without having been immunized.
