Did your mp3 come with a manual? If so, it would be a good idea to look at that and see if it can help - many manuals are complex, so it may not!

The other thing to do is to find someone with the same player and see if they will give you a quick run down on how things work. You can then play around with the device to see if you can work it. If you need to load some songs, you will need access to a computer and your CD collection, or pay for an online subscription to get downloads legally.

You could also look up the device on the internet to see if there are online instructions or manuals, or a newsgroup for users. Good luck!

You should check out your user manual.....but, sometimes manuals are also quite tough to decipher,so maybe you should go to google,  type your query and hit go!!
