My Car Engine Cuts Out, And It Said Check Oil, What Can I Do?

My car needs oil change. I am driving over 55 mph. My car cuts out and the dash board says check oil. What can i do?

    There is a line on the dip stick for your oil. You have to let the car set for a little while, then pull out the stick and see how low the oil is.
    Add 1 quart at a time to bring the oil level up to the line, but when you get close to the line, add less oil each time, until you reach the line.
    Run the car for a little while, and check the oil level after that. If you need to add more, shut the car off, and add a little more if you need to.
    Let the car run for a while after that, and see if your oil light goes out. Hope this helps. Please remember to leave your rating. Have a nice day.
