YEAH 30 DAYS is the general rule if your heavy it may take a little longer.if you were clean and only got high once it's out of your system in a few days.I've known people tp get clean in 10 days on golden seal.

It stays in your system for a while. I have heard of people drinking a lot of water and people buying a drink that coast a lot of money. I think you could buy the drink at any GNC or vitamin store. But I think it stays in your urine for up to a month. Hope that helps.
