Why Am I Terrified Of Lizards?
Since I was a small child, I have been terrified of anything remotely reptilian: Lizards, snakes, frogs, fish, even worms... My mother and sister share my phobia, but not my father. I know they are harmless, but the thought of touching these creatures makes my skin crawl. I had two in the house recently and felt helpless. I eventually worked up some nerve and chased one out with a broom and caught the other one in a glue trap. I have been paranoid of going in and out of the house ever since. What should I do?

You may think there scary because they are not like the usual cat or dog, but they are the most fascinating animals in the world. Many big lizards like the goannna lizards have the worst rep because their so big, but if you get a goanna as a baby you could almost train it enough to be just like a dog.when i was younger i was terrified of lizards but 3 years later i've got over 20 Pet lizards of all kinds and i am buying a baby goanna in a couple of weeks. The best way to interact with a wild lizard is to grab it around the neck but not to hard and have your other hand under it back legs or hold it buy the tail.
