    The most common side effect of premarin, bupropion and metronidazole are dry mouths, tremors, anxiety, loss of appetite, agitation, dizziness, headache, excessive sweating like night sweats, higher risk of seizure, aggressiveness, tinnitus and together initial as well as fatal insomnia.

    Bupropion basically is an antidepressant from the aminoketone class, chemically disparate to tricylics or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. It is identical in arrangement to the stimulant cathinone and to phenethylamines universally.

    Metronidazole basically is a nitroimidazole anti-infective drug generally prescribed while treating infections which have been caused by vulnerable organisms, largely anaerobic bacteria and protozoa.

    It is distributed by Pfizer with the trade name Flagyl, and also by diverse general manufactures. Metronidazole is also given during the curing of dermatological condition rosacea, where it is distributed by Galderma with the trade names Rozex and MetroGel.
