    Can You Sell Your Kidneys?

What are the legalities of selling one's own organs? What kind of selling prices are offered and how does one go about selling said organs?

Selling of human organs is illegal, and you can spend time in jail for doing so if caught. If you want to donate organs, that is legal, in most states, when you get your drivers license, you are asked if you would like to be an organ donor, and if yes, it will be on your physical license saying that you are or aren't.
Then there are the other ramifications that might come with selling your organs, there might come a day when you might have to have say one of your kidneys removed for health reasons, you might need that second one. Hope this helps, good luck.

Thanks Tiggersmom, was discussing this with a friend and I am convinced that it is MY kidney and if want to sell it, it should be legal to do so.. but apparently the law disagrees... thanks for your input. I should start a debate about this.
