If you want to change your present line of field, do you have any degree or experience in other field. If you have then you should go for it otherwise it will be waste of time. First of all you have to mention your objective in your Resume then about your education. You have to mention about all your degrees and in your objective you have to mention about field to give a glimpse.after education then comes your experience and then about your skills, In this section you have to mention that you have skills in I.T the field you want to get in. Then after skills comes interest section, you have to tell them about your interests.
