I am having the same problem.my left nipples is red and burning like crazy.I put vaseline on it,it help a little but still burn when you put water or put clothe on.So i put more vaseline on and it helped only for a couple of hours.I'm scared of being pregnant,but the doctor said maybe,but still to young.(im 17) DONT PUT LOTION OR CREAM ON IT,IT WILL BURN LIKE CRAZY!!!Good Luck just to tell you it will go in and out.
