Need To Uninstall ITunes. How Do I Find It So I Can Get Rid Of It?

According to some security software I ran, I have a downlevel version of iTunes. Well I don't ever use it so I thought I would just go uninstall it. I went to the MS Windows panel for install/uninstall and iTunes is not listed. So my question is -- How do I find it so I can get rid of it?

Click delete. A box should appear. Go to "programs and features". Click on ITunes then click uninstall.

If you can't find "programs and features", just go to control panel.

Ok, so what I did was hit start and brought up all programs, found iTunes, right click, delete. Think it's gone, right? Nope. When I run the security software it says it is still there. Any other ideas?
