    The total area of Worcester in England has a total area of 33.28 square kilometres. Worcester is the county town of Worcestershire. It is located 30 miles or 48 kilometres south-west of Birmingham and 29 miles or 47 kilometres north of Gloucester. Through the middle of town, River Severn runs overlooking the city's large cathedral.

    With a small population of only 94,300 people, the city of Worcester is flourishing in commerce and industry with the main products being machine tools and the famous Worcestershire sauce. This town is home to the University of Worcester and a number of private and state schools and high schools. It also has a number of colleges affiliated to the Worcester University and attracts students from different parts of Europe and Britain for their further studies.
