Not exactly, you have to jack the engine up by the oil tank using a block of wood in between the jack and oil tank. Then you can remove the two bolts on the engine mount, let down the jack a little which will allow a space to get the new belt in you can cut the old one out if you want. Then use a socket on the tension pulley below the alternator, push towards the windshield, you might need a breaker bar on the end of the socket wrench or you can buy a tool just for that.
