In Interviews ,if They Ask "why Should I Hire U In My Company?" What Should Be The Reply 4 That Question.?

This Question simply needs you to state the roles and experience of the Person they are looking for, that will drive the company to higher Limits. For Example:I have the ability to work on minimum supervision, with my vast experience in Database management i will be able to secure you Data and ensure data integrity. With my ability to share knowledge with colleagues ABC Ltd will be able build capacity amongst ourselves.
My ability to work and meet time frames will help ABC Ltd to deliver to its customers on time selling the image of the company.

I am a person with good interpersonal skills and so will be able to build a good working relationship with all ABC Staff Members ensuring Good Team Work and Hence Delivering services.

I can solve problems quickly saving ABC Time which is Money {Smile}

I have Good Strong Supervisory Skills

The point is state a quality that they are looking for and tell them how it will Help the company.
