These are very vague signs that can be seen with many different diseases. Dietary indiscretion, severe intestinal parasitism, pancreatitis, intestinal bacterial overgrowth, metabolic disease, viral diseases, infectious disease, and toxin exposure are all possible. Have your dog examined by a veterinarian for diagnostics and appropriate treatment.
